I am sorry, there is nothing you can do about it, that message should not
even be generated. It apparently got into POV-Ray 3.5 (and all later
versions) when a patch from an early MegaPOV was merged in and this
inappropriate message was overlooked and not removed.

This message is not related to radiosity, but rather to meshes
(mesh or mesh2) using texture interpolation within triangle vertices.
AFAIK it is totally harmless, as such warning may happen when a triangle
surface is almost invisible from the camera point of view. Note this
is a different issue than degenerate triangles.
