Are you asking about a POV-Ray export to VRML? Or a VRML to POV? If the
latter then you might want to check out:
http://www.chemicalgraphics.com/paul/vrml2pov/
And, although I don't know if (or how well) 3DWin imports VRML and exports
it to POV, you could try http://www.tb-software.com/format_info.html
Hope that's a start anyway. Maybe even all the answers you needed.

Thanks, guys. I was looking for the VRML-to-POV because my daughter
needs to do a rough 3D model of our house and all the scrounging around
for POV furniture hasn't produced anything close to what I found in VRML
at the INT3D site. I'll give it a go and let you know how the textures come
across. Haha! I've had bad experience with textures in format conversions.
