Go to Rune's website: http://rsj.mobilixnet.dk/3d/3d.html .
Look around and you should find it.

"POV-Ray" is officially written with a "-" (is it called dash or stroke?)
between POV and Ray. It doesn't help matters though that not all people
follow that standard. (I'm not referring to you, but for example people who
write it incorrectly on their websites. Makes searching more difficult...)

There is 38 pages in current 3.5 documentation with 'povray' and 276 with
'pov-ray'. Website is located on www.povray.org but http://www.pov-ray.org/
also leads to apropriate place.

  I think it's a hyphen.

http://www.povray.org/copyright.html
The POV-Ray legal documentation uses "POV-Ray". Occurances of anything
else in the documentation are errors. There have been lots of changes
and additions to the documentation, I'm not surprised a few of these
crept in there.
