There was a neat article on Wired's website

discussing machinima, the use of game engines to
storyboard and/or generate film animation.

I was wondering if anyone was, is, or is contemplating
integrating with POV-Ray, so that after nailing down the
animation with the game engine (essentially using it
for anim previews), the sequence could then be
rapidly refactored in POV-Ray for better rendering.
