Hi all,
the hype followed to MLPov release has given rise to a bunch of interest on
High Dynamic Range Images and people want to know more.
On DeathFall, a computer graphics news & resources site (www.deathfall.com),
months ago I came across this link:
http://www.trinisica.com/sub_learn_typedissue.asp?lv=3&mode=1&issue=002
The topic is a bit geared toward Brazil r/s, an external renderer for 3D
Studio Max, but I think the concept are more general and applicable to
others renderer. Johan Thorngren, the author, explains it in simple terms
and with a lot of figures.
By the way, do not forget to pay a visit to Paul Debevec's homepage (see the
references at the bottom of the page), the guy who make it all possible.
