I want to design a tank which round with a
hill. Where can I get some souces(pov file) about hill and tank objects?

This explains what you were asking before. I thought you might have been
asking about container tanks (round water tanks, sitting on a hill). Now
that makes sense, why it was asked about at the animations group.
People have made tanks with treads/tracks, I know that much anyway. You
might find things best by going to http://news.povray.org and using the
Search there.
