I just spent 2 hours 4 minutes rendering an image of my library, 2 hours
3 minutes of that shooting photons, running my computer to the ragged
edge of memory capacity...
...and the image is a large blackness with a spot where the light
normally illuminates the nearest surface. *grumbles*

You know, I almost can't help thinking that you must have a buggy
version of POV-Ray or something. Either that, or you're using some
insanely stupid settings. I've never had as many problems with Photons
as you seem to be having. >_>;

Meh. Probably the latter. O.o I tried photon spacing of 0.1, the
image was yet speckled, so I dropped the setting to 0.01, ran out of
memory, increased to 0.05, didn't run out of memory but got blackness.
