I want to create a chain link with CSG. Simple enough, end parts
are halves of torii, connected by cylinders.

But.

The ends are offset 90 degrees from each other.

I could do this with sphere_sweeps, but I'd rather not do that
since it'd mean I'd have to make a separate include file for
my Moray scene (although it would allow me to put the thing
into a simple loop to make the chain).

Well, that simply means you have to find a substitute for cylinders. I
imagine a well thought out combination of two intersections of a torus with
a wedge would work.
