(I posted this in p.b.utilities but I'm not sure if that was the place to
post it...)

In Hamapatch, how do you go about using the Set Curve Weit (weight?) feature
by inputting the curve numerically (much like being able to rotate by
specifying, for example, 30 degrees) rather than by just using the mouse and
guessing. I have a symmetric object with curves that need to match on both
sides and am having frustration not being able to input the Curve Weit
numerically. I looked through the documentation but may have overlooked if
this is possible or not.

It isn't possible, as I know. You can use CP tools (at right of menu) to do
the same thing with more visual control (press TAB to select a curve
segment, then use them). It is also possible to export model to sPatch
format, and to do changes in sPatch file (that's a text file). I never did
this.
Some common way is to do a only one side of object, then mirror and weld
it. In my
bezier patches times :), I avoiding adjusting curvature at all, I added some
extra curves instead. It's hard to find adjusted curved later- it's a messy
way of modeling.
