hello all,

In 15 hours I will drive to the vacation and spend 14 days in Sweden.

Who wants to use 14 d cpu time (1.4 GHz Athlon, 1 GB RAM)?.
My poor brain is empty and urgently needs holidays.
All attempts to generate a nice scene and to use the time reasonably failed.

Perhaps I can help somebody with a slower machine?

Norbert

how about making very-high-quality animation with radiosity + photons +
area ? nothing realy nice, but for testing purposes ?

if you have a nice scene, fine.

I can alsow offer some times, but I think that this would be usefull only
for very-slow-computers (100-300 Hz) users.

a) Athlon 1,2 GHZ 1000 MB Ram linux
b) Athlon 1,7 GHZ 256 MB Ram Win98

on a) I can I run up to 12 h images, on b) - simmilar, but this machin
offen hangs, and often I use it myself

Hello,

It's a nice offer indeed! I just can't find a personal scene. But maybe an
animation of yours, if you ever dreamt of a walk-through the "warm-up"
jungle nature? Or a queue of several pictures.. I'm still trying to find
something.. OR, you could let the computer rest in peace..

Have a nice vacation in any case.

Regards,
Hugo

nope - it's time to go to bed for me ;)

how about living some animation from IRTC ? With very high settings like
640z480 and 25 fps ? Maybe You can put several animations in que ?
Later - I can provide 1 GB on fast FPP for downloading this .avi(s)

An /animation/ of Warm Up? You're kidding, right?

Hmm, no.. He has got 14 days for it.. How much time one frame takes, I don't
know, but the resolution for an animation don't need to be as big.. Another
idea to spend the time would be to join the IMP, perhaps?

End transmission,
