The beta currently seems not to refresh the editor window, unless I scroll
around.  Is this a error? Can anyone confirm?  It seems that some line in
the editor's code for refreshing is missing.

Beta.RC2 Win 98SE Pentium III 600MHz 128 MB RAM

P.S. I had this problem on earlier betas, but it had stopped until now.
