I was wondering, would someone here be able to, given a couple of
photographs, make a photorealistic 3D-model of someones head?

What you need is someone with capabilities like this if you want
true reproduction -

I can't possibly scan the head, because it's a morph between a couple of
faces, so it doesn't really exists... That's why I was wondering about
modelling... :)

Except if you know someone who looks exactly like this:

and is willing to pay for the scanning-process (it's not like I have enough
money :)

whoa! a 3D scanner is beyond me, but they got some
really nice models there. does anybody know what their
"range" models are? they talk about the range models as
opposed to 3D models, but i can't make any sense of it.

the reason i'm asking is cuz i really liked the buddha and
dragon they have, but i don't know if the zipped "range"
files they have would fly in pov.

thank you, miker
