Works better. Now please read posting guidlines in faq group. In particular
look at groups application and cross-posts.

I was able to download it now, you could immensely optimize speed if you
form unions of subsets of the floor.  Making a union of each 'line' would
already be much better, best would of course be a tree structure (could be
achieved with a recursive macro).
