I always though I have to find Message ID in my news reader and connect it with
http://news.povray.org url by hand. But there is ready url wth this message ID
on every page/message on www board. Why I never noticed this ? Probably becouse
it is white text on white background. :-)

Yes, it has been there for a few weeks now. It is for convenience of
getting a link to a message without adding unnecessary information (well,
unnecessary for most users) to the display.
The www view should also handle URL for people who have never been there
before (and thus get the welcome message the first time) now. So you can
distribute links and after confirming the welcome screen and getting the
cookie they will be redirected to their original destination.

No, this is intentional. For most users who only use the www view (and in
the future www posting) the message ID is not useful at all because
following it will automatically resolve it into a www message number (so you
can't get the message ID based URL of a message this way). It is only
needed to reference messages in both the www view and regular news
interface.
Note that as it is only while text on white background you can still do
everything with it you can do with any other link. In particular (all?)
browsers allow you to copy links to the clipboard and insert them elsewhere
(i.e as text in news messages or emails), which is basically the only thing
the link is useful for.

Of course I know about adventages of content of this link. When I say "it is
useles" I mean it is useles becouse it is invisible and no anoucement is made.
It is useles becouse nobody knows about this link.

When we are in it - I can't distribute link to links database. IMO philosophy of
searching is according to "GET" method of form but "POST" is used. It works fine
when I distribute link: http://www.povray.org/cgi-bin/htsearch?words=farm but I
have to made it by hand :-(
