Damn, I merely opened some old zipped files from years gone by and
discovered my POV and Vivid renders and curiosity led me to type www.pov
etc and 5 mins later I'm downloading the latest version  for windows no
less!!  Unreal! Fired it up and I was rendering in seconds.......and I use
to love DOS...sigh...but hey, give credit where credit is due, the quality
is as good as I remember and when I've had a chance to play with this new
version I would imagine its even better.

One question, is there a IRC channel for POV?
