It seems that if you render an image in high resolution, stop, continue the
render in lower resolution (with +C) the program crashes. this is POV 3.5
beta 6 for windows under Windows XP. I can't see why anyone would want to do
this, but if he did, it would crash.
any confirmations?

For the record, bugreports is a moderated group, so any posts you make there
would have to wait for the moderator to approve them; they might take a day
or two to appear. However, bugs in 3.5 should be discussed in the
povray.beta-test group that was made specifically for that purpose.

I don't know if this is a bug of version 3.5 only.

There have been reports of this behavior in 3.5. Regardless, if you are
using v3.5 beta any problems you may have with it should be posted in
the group Ron mentioned. We have a certain protocol with beta versions
that we ask everyone to adhere to and this is one of them.
