You find it in the documentation, section "POV-Ray Options".

To just get all the keywords, you can use the +gimyfile.ini or
Create_Ini=myfile.ini - command.
You get a file called "myfile.ini" that consists all keywords. That is
somehow a list of all INI file settings.
