Just thought I'd let you know about an article about Gilles Tran's work
using POVRay/Megapov in the Australian graphic magazine, "Graphic
Design", which just came out today in Canada.
The images look great and it's great to see POVRay become popularized in
a nice magazine like that.
Anyway, I thought I'd post this to let you all know.

Funny, I just spent around four hours last night reading the entirety of
The Book of Beginnings. I began with the first picture then followed
each embedded link until I determined that I'd visited them all. His use
of 'detail' shots is something I hadn't noticed before. It not only
reminds you of the amount of 'invisible' detail in the pictures but also
of the radical use of scaling. Astonishing, wonderful work.

I've always wanted to check out those 3D magazines, but where I live you
could purchase a small printer for the same price. (Well almost).
