Descriptions on 6.5.2.3 (Mesh) and 6.7.8 (Triangle Texture Interpolation)
do not agree on the definition of MESH_TEXTURE.
The former is missing the texture_list.
At least 10.1.8.2 agrees with 6.7.8 ;->
