Not at the time, only faces.

This is essentially due to the stupid decision autodesk has
made, not making .dwg (thus acis) specs availiable.  Autodesk is
the Microsoft of cad business (maybe even worse).

(however, if you open a .dwg file with solids in Intellicad, it
 will not display them, but they will be saved back as they were
 if you do a save within Intellicad)
