Does the #fatal stream exist ?

Can anybody proove or disproove its existence? It is documented,
but... (1) pov-ray doesn't know it ('undeclared identifier'),
(2) it is not in the list of pov reserved keywords (in the doc)
(3) it is not syntax-highlighted in the wonderfull new povwin
editor.
By the way, did you know that...
\a does not beep
You do not need to type "\\" to get a backslash. "\$", where $
is any character but the formatting ones, produce the backslash.
e.g. #render "Some \Text" actually displays "Some \Text" (\T is
not a formatting character; but \t is a tab).
You do not need "\'" to get a ' : "'" works perfectly
