Hi folks,
I'm a brand new user to POV-Ray (just got Canvas 3D Pro for Christmas) and
was trying to read the POV-Ray documentation to try and understand what I
needed to do in Canvas in order to use this tool. (I just downloaded the
latest version of POV-Ray by the way). When I access the POV-Ray Tutorial
and Reference manual from my Programs menu, I receive a standard help
display (Contents, Index, Search, etc.) on the left-hand side of the frame
but on the right-hand side, all content is displayed as HTML code whenever
I make a topic selection. I am using Windows XP Pro with Service Pack 2,
Internet Explorer 6.0 and have tried everything that I can think of to try
and make the help files display as they should with no luck.
Can one of you kind souls out there give me some suggestions on how I might
correct this issue?
Thanks!
Alan

Hi Alan,
By any chance you have got this problem solved? I just installed POV-Ray
3.6.1c on a Windows MCE 2005 computer, and experience the exact same
problem. I had used POV-Ray before, and recently came back to it. This
is the first time I am having this kind of problem.
I think it might be the HTMLHelp system got messed up. So I tried
re-registering the HTMLHelp control and setting some registry entries.
None of them helped.
Hope you have better luck.
Thanks,
Kochin
