I use Win Vista 64amd SP1 active autoupdate on an Athlon 64 X2 4200+ 
DualCore/4Gb/NVidia 8500 GT.
PovRay is V3.6.1.mscv8.win64.

::ERROR::
After a fresh install of PovRay on useraccount (with no admin-rights) 
without errors, save POVLEGAL.DOC fails ("Cannot create POVLEGAL.DOC"), 
arbitary file save fails (with crash), save settings fails and starting the 
example generate the messages with error:

the bug belowe seems to doesn't arise on PovRay is V3.7.0.beta.mscv8.win64.
