Known bug in POVWIN v3.1 R1. Bug ID WIN31-001.

Affects:     Editor only.

Description: Pressing the 'Open Include File' shortcut (Shift-Ctrl-I) when the
             caret is over an include file may not open that file, but whatever
             include file was last shown in the RMB context menu.

Cause:       The filename used for the include file lookup is only updated when
             the RMB popup menu is displayed.

Workaround:  Don't use the shortcut. Just use the RMB (Right Mouse Button) menu

Fix:         Expected in 3.1 R2.

Notes:       No date is set for the release of R2.
