Arabeske is a special kind of vector drawing software, with a limited
set of shapes but extremely specialised towards complex symmetric
interlaced drawings, like those traditionnally found in Arabic
architecture. It is not a texture editor, but rather a pattern
generator. While not restricted to be used with POV-Ray, it supports
several export formats, including POV-Ray.
Arabeske is free software (GPL), written in Java for portability
reasons. Its GUI currently supports English, French and Japanese. After
14 development versions, the latest release is a beta version, supposed
to exhibit the last potential bugs.

This new release fixes two minor bugs and brings a complete
documentation in French and English, in both HTML and printable PDF formats.
