This question will really expose my ignorance, but how do I run a Perl
script in Windows XP?

You go to <URL:http://www.activeware.com/> and click on "Perl" (under the
"Solutions" tab).  Look for "ActivePerl".  Hope that their claim that it
runs on XP is correct.

works on win2k fine, so I don't see XP having any problems
