Arabeske development is back.

Arabeske is a java pattern editor aimed at making repetitive highly
symmetric patterns.
Its development has recently restarted, and a new development version is
on tracks. This process will eventually lead to a new major version, and
allows everybody to try it and contribute to the development.

Version 1.1.0 features the following improvements:
- Full Java2 1.3 application, allowing saving and opening of patterns
using an internal format
- Modular export API, currently bringing PNG and EPS exports
- Highly rewritten GUI using Swing
- Localisation (French and English for the moment)

This version is not bug-free, not even beta, and will certainly change a
lot during the coming months. The documentation has not been updated
either, as it will need a complete rewrite when the stable version
comes.
This is an opportunity for users to make suggestions and influence
development so that the application fills their needs.
