It's mostly a bugfix release. The "NaN is not a number" error should
occur less frequently, the "sticky" objects problem is fixed (see
http://www.enst.fr/~jberger/cloth/zammer3.mpg ) and a couple of others.
The only new feature is the ability to specify gravity, and a change in
the "cylinders" output which now displays colors depending on the amount
of stress a part of the cloth is subjected to.

This could be faked by using different masses to compensate, but nice to
have anyway.
