Yep, As far as I know (and I've seen it mentioned in a couple of groups)
the server has a maximum post size of 1000000 bytes.
Of course, this is bytes after encoding, so realistically, you are only
likely to be able to post binaries of about 700k or so.
Your best bet is likely to be to put the file on a web page somewhere,
and post a link to it.
