In the attached zip file is tiler.exe, a dos program (compiled with my
ancient Borland C++ 4.02 compiler) that creates seamlessly tiling textures
and tga heightfields. I have posted a couple of examples of seamless height
fields in binary images, and put bitmap examples on one of my web pages,
