I got an old version of povray, and I need its installation stuff,
because I reinstalled the windows, and I need to reinstall povray, and I
DO NOT want the new version.

What version you wanting to reinstall?
ftp://alfred.ccs.carleton.ca/pub/pov-ray/ has most older versions.  Or here:
ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/povray/

Just wondering, why don't you want the new version? It has many bugs
fixed, and the additional features are very useful. Also, it renders
faster for some objects(lathe and sor, I think).

POV-Ray has always been free and as far as I know will remain that way.

Are you using the program Moray ? Moray is not free and will ask you to
register after a while.

seems much slower & I hate the new icons
