I put a utility for POV-RAY on the web.

It is used to convert a text matrix of numbers into a 16-bit TGA
heightfield.
It is FREEWARE under the GNU General Public License (GPL), source
included.

  They have both been added to my list an should be appearing on my web site
soon.
