colour in HSL (hue/saturation/lightness) mode.

Attached is the sample scene for HSL mentioned in povray.general. This is an
8x6 array of tiles that increments the Hue and the Saturation to give a feel for
the values. The image; HSLTest.jpg is in binaries.images.
