This is a POV (3.1) include file for making parametric 
surfaces. It makes lots of triangles to define the surface.
Basically the same as "p_sura.inc" I uploaded somewhere on
news.povray somewhere, but with the option to write the
triangles (smooth or not) to a file or read them from a
file. Also a little macro to put a border on the surface.
