You'll find here a script with the most unuseful macro (see an image in
p.b.i).

This macro takes any object as parameter, creates copies and places them
onto a dodecahedron.

To create a dodecahedron your object must project itself as a pentagone
(radius = 1, first point at (1,0)) on the (x, z) plane, but you can use
smaller, or bigger objects to achieve some interesting FX (try a cone
unioned with a pentagon).

This should be in povray.text.scene-files.
