The newest version of TGAMosaic is available from my web page at
http://www.coe.uncc.edu/~adwoodfi/ .

It produces POV input files from uncompressed TGA format where the image
is represented by a mosaic of user definable objects. It also allows for
animation of the resulting image. Check it out and give it a try. I have
posted some samples of output to povray.binaries.images, and samples can
also be viewed on the web page.

I corrected a couple of glitches in the utility, especially its tendency to
invert TGA's created by PaintShop Pro. The newest version is still available
on my webpage, but is also included below. It's a simple command line
utility which I have tested so far on Windows NTv4.0.
