I was trying the Texture Magic application .. I like it, but, I can't
seem to get the rendered image to appear. I changed povray to generate
tga file instead of bmp and the Texture Magic app still says temp.tga
was not found. There isn't to terribley much you can change? Has
anybody else had the same problem with this program? Is there another
one out there that does the same thing without the problem??

I have never had that problem before. Perhaps you could try to reinstall
it to see if a path got messed up in the installation process. Either
that or try to find it's preferences file and see what the default paths
are set for. This might be in it's own diretory or as an ini file in the
windows directory. Other than that I have no more suggestions to offer.

I had that same problem... What it SEEMED to be was that Texture Magic was
looking for "temp.tga" before POV-Ray was finished rendering it. I never
did get it to work.. I just gave up using it.
If anyone knows how to get it to work I may give it another try, too.
Ciao!
