Go to ftp://ftp.povray.org/pub/povray/Official-3.0/Windows/ and pick up
"povwin_s.zip".

Try looking here:

ftp://ftp.povray.org/pub/povray/Official-3.0/Windows/povwin_s.zip

This is the source to POV for Win32 version 3.01. As far as I can
tell, 3.02 has never been released for Win32 specifically, though it
can be created by merging in the 3.02 sources for Unix, found at

ftp://ftp.povray.org/pub/povray/Official-3.0/Unix/povuni_s.tgz

(Ignore the readme in that directory; these really are the 3.02
sources. The version number can be found in optout.h, for the
curious.) TGZ files can be extracted with WinZip
(http://www.winzip.com) or by finding one each of the many fine
command-line implementations of tar and gzip.
