Hello

I am a final year student at the university of Wales Swansea, studying
computer science.
For this year we are required to undertake a dissertation, creating a
piece of software.
For this project I designing an implementing a front-end for Java using.

The idea being that a user will be able to design Three-Dimensional
worlds on this front end and send the created world across the internet
or an intranet to a lightening fast POV-Ray server for rendering.

However I am still in the early stages of development but would like
some feedback on my progress so far. So to do this I am asking people to

try out the interface as it stands, and give me any comments and
feed-back on it.

The program can be found at...

http://www.sucs.swan.ac.uk/~edon/JRay

Please note that this is in it's early stages of development.. and there

are LOTS of bugs.
Also note that Open and Save.. will not work.. and render settings
performs no actions...
To find out what each Icon does.. use the menu and choose Help/ Auto..
for a help
window to appear containing the functions of each Icon (when the mouse
is positioned above the Icon)....

Also note that when performing some task on it for the first time.. it
can be sluggish as it has to Download the Java classes to perform that
task...

The program as it stands is only fully functional on a Windows 95 system

under netscape..

Please try this out.. and give me any feed-back that you can...

thanks...

Ben..
