Check out the latest version of Steve's Object Builder. Steve's Object
Builder is a script based tool that can be used to make 3D objects for
raytracing programs such as POV-Ray. The tool uses PERL (Practical
Extraction and Report Language) as its script language interpreter.
Steve's Object Builder translates, rotates, scales, and extrudes a set
of connected 2D points into a solid 3D object.
New for version 1.2:
Added the following output options:
raw output
pov-ray smooth triangle output
moray udo output
Automatically removes degenerate triangles
Added new gravity function
Added new skin function

Improved solid function, now supports concave and convex polygons
No longer need to redirect the output to a file

It's free so check it out at http://www.carr.lib.md.us/~stevensl/
