I once had a copy of DTA, but a crash took care of that. Now I can't seem
to find it. Can anyone tell me where to find the latest version?

Or perhaps there is a better way to make animations ... ? (I am working on
a Win95 system, and I generally despise DOS-based programs, so I'm open to
suggestions.)
