this is the source for the image at:
http://news.povray.org/povray.binaries.images/thread/%3Cweb.478ac9d971649ad1bc417a150%40news.povray.org%3E/?mtop=7
it's the original source, but since I've experimented a bit with it since then,
I decided to stick with the original to better reproduce it.
The Standford bunny is from here:
ftp://graphics.stanford.edu/pub/3Dscanrep/bunny.tar.gz
I converted from ply to Blender format and used the povanim export script to
convert to povray mesh2. I think I didn't use the full resolution bunny mesh.
The povray mesh is already included in the zip.
Beware that it seems the export script used a few of my home PC paths in the
material export. Just don't include the mesh material .inc file and use a
plain white pigment and simple finish and you're ready to go.
oh, my zip had the rca radiosity file and was too big so I had to drop it!
sorry, you'll have to recalculate... :P

No problem. I'll probably get it to render after some tinkering. I have tried
copying the radiosity settings into one of my other scenes, and it looks nicer.
And there was I thinking count and error_bound were the only important
parameters. Thanks a lot.
Hymyly.
And there was light.
