This is an updated version of Christian Perle's randscen.pov
file.  Posted with permission of Christian Perle.
        The povfile has been modifed to:

 1) work without warnings on povray 3.1
 2) if included in a "master" .pov program, it can use
    an external random seed if it is already provided (defined).
 3) writes a temp file "try.pov" so that you can save the
    scene so that it will not change.
