In p.b.animations, Spock asked for the source to generating (pre-render)
seamless maps of Christoph Hormann's implementation of realistic ocean
waves. Here it is, minus the source for the waves. This is found at:

Small update! For this to work perfectly with height_field objects, you need
version 2.
