See the 'Stained Glass Revisited' thread in p.b.i for an image.
The macro 'CrSolid()' produces a pigment which returns the colour at the
center of the cells of the crackle pattern for a given pigment.
It does this using pigment functions for each colour component and
recombining the final output using a multi-level pigment map. Because of
this it is quite slow when the given pigment uses filter and transmit.
