lathe (see "thermomter (glassthingie) 98kbbu" in p.b.i)

Hi Grim!
To see the bug better you can do somethings:
a) coment the #includes of "deckchen.inc and kltisch.inc" you don't need
them for the bug
b) uncoment the "bug camera" and coment the other one, uncoment the first
line (#declare Testrender =1;) to get a massive lathe and speed up rendering
(the surface shows wrong differences at the height of the horizon)
c) just render the given scene with +sc0.2 +sr0.5 +ec0.8 +er0.55 by 200*600
and you get the "hot area"

the error is always at the height of the camera and if you use smaller
camera-angles the error gets bigger.
