The file votes.pov has all the votes so far (from Friday 21) in a array.

The file winnerscript.inc will count the votes according to the special
rules the POV-Ray Logo Competition follows.

You should have a look at it. I think I have not been good at explaining the
rules, but maybe this can help. Remember, the rules are not near as
complicated as the code! It's just that everything becomes more complicated
when you must make a dumb computer understand it.
