Simplistic rendered clock.  Need to render the time?  Here's a way.  The
values retrieved could also be applied into other scenes with this method.
Should be noted that POV-Ray users here at the newsgroups are the real
reason my set of files exist, and I expect everyone else to make all kinds
of changes to the way this can be used whether the results show up again
here or not  ; )
