I have not seen any. The problem I would think would be
the realistic modeling of the figures in the scene. For that I
have a recommendation that may help if you want to make
your own. A while back I posted an image on povray.binaries.images
that depicted a group of woodland fairies. The method I used to create
the fiaries group could be used to create the individual charchters in
a nativity scene.
There is a scene description posted with my image that details
some of the methods I used to create it. If you want more info
let me know and I would be happy share my techniques with you.

Thanks!

What exactly are you after ? Chris Young did a nice image for Christmas a few
years back (Mother and Child, but no cradle/straw/animals).
