There is indeed an error there. Replace the following line:

#ifndef (_GRANITE_FILE_INC_)  #include "DakotaRedGranite.inc"  #end

by:

#ifndef (_GRANITE_FILE_INC_)  #local Granite_file = 
"DakotaRedGranite.inc"  #end
